Job Summary
Generating revenue through new leads and customer accounts, the full-time hourly Inbound Sales Representative will answer inbound calls, qualify leads, and create customer orders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and qualify lead potential by asking discovery questions
- Quote clients based on their needs and create customer orders/accounts from new sales requests
- Utilize Salesforce/CRM software to input and track customer data while ensuring assigned accounts receive top-quality attention
Required qualifications
- 1+ years of proven inside sales experience with excellent phone presentation skills
- A strong sales mindset with the ability to assess lead potential
- Resiliency in dealing with changing circumstances and client rejection
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
