Job Summary
Engaging customers with a friendly demeanor, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will manage calls, web chats, and social media interactions to address automotive needs and schedule service appointments in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as a brand advocate and provide exceptional customer service across various communication channels
- Guide customers through their automotive journey by answering questions and providing knowledgeable insights
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer escalations and maintain accurate customer records
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in sales or marketing
- Familiarity with telephony and CRM software such as InContact or Zendesk
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Word
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Remote work experience and a suitable workspace with high-speed internet
