Job Summary
To enhance customer experience, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will engage with customers through various communication channels to provide personalized solutions and drive adoption of the company's products while working remotely from Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, chat, email, and text for sales and service inquiries
- Achieve sales and customer experience goals while maintaining accurate sales database documentation
- Execute outbound calling campaigns and ensure adherence to performance metrics and attendance requirements
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of related experience, preferably in sales
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven sales skills with a focus on customer retention and first-call resolution
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as needed
