Job Summary

Assisting customers with their inquiries and purchasing needs, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will provide exceptional service, recommend suitable products and services, and guide customers through the buying process while meeting sales goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and document interactions accurately
