Inbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Inbound Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle approximately 40 inbound sales calls per day, assisting customers in finding and purchasing desired items
• Contact product suppliers to gather additional information not available on the company's website
• Follow the designated Sales Process and call flow, thinking critically about customers' needs and enhancing their experience through upselling or cross selling

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center/retail/virtual environment
• High School Diploma/GED, some college preferred
• Comfortable with technology and ability to learn/use software applications required for the role
• Engaging with strong communication and relationship building skills
• Competitive, positive outlook, open to change, and problem-solving skills
