Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Inbound Sales Retention Specialist for a full-time remote position, the successful candidate will provide exceptional support to small business advertisers, focusing on retention and consulting while managing inbound inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting to current advertisers
- Manage an inbound phone queue, educating clients on the value of Yelp through ad performance metrics
- Resolve escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
