Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will operate remotely from the Eastern region, providing exceptional customer support, consulting, and retention services to enhance Yelp's revenue retention efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide timely customer support to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention
  • Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while managing an inbound phone queue
  • Highlight investment returns through ad performance metrics to demonstrate Yelp's value
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
