Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will operate remotely from the Eastern region, providing exceptional customer support, consulting, and retention services to enhance Yelp's revenue retention efforts.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely customer support to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention
- Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while managing an inbound phone queue
- Highlight investment returns through ad performance metrics to demonstrate Yelp's value
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
- Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
