Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service remotely from the Western region of the United States, focusing on consulting, educating, and retaining clients post-sale while managing an inbound phone queue.

Key responsibilities
  • Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consultation to current Yelp advertisers
  • Educate clients on ad performance metrics to demonstrate the value of their investment in Yelp's services
  • Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills while consistently achieving monthly goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • Ability to manage tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a fast-paced environment
