Job Summary
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will work remotely to consult with and retain small business advertisers, helping them understand the value of their investments through ad performance metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely and effective customer support to current Yelp advertisers
- Consult and educate clients while managing an inbound phone queue, addressing their needs and concerns
- Become an expert in Yelp's advertising solutions and adapt product recommendations based on client requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple details efficiently
- A passion for supporting local businesses and understanding their impact on local economies
