Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, consult with clients on their advertising performance, and handle escalated issues while working remotely from the Eastern region of the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely and effective customer support
  • Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while managing an inbound phone queue
  • Utilize conflict resolution skills to address escalated client concerns and demonstrate the value of Yelp's advertising solutions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
