Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will provide exceptional support to small business advertisers, focusing on retention and consulting while managing inbound calls on a Saturday to Wednesday schedule.

Key responsibilities
  • Strengthen revenue retention by providing timely customer support and consulting to current Yelp advertisers
  • Educate clients on ad performance metrics and demonstrate the value of their investments
  • Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
