Job Summary

Supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, consult on advertising solutions, and strengthen revenue retention while working remotely from the Eastern region of the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide timely customer support to enhance Yelp's revenue retention
  • Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while managing an inbound phone queue
  • Analyze ad performance metrics to demonstrate value to clients and handle escalated issues
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
