Job Summary

Supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and consultative support remotely while focusing on revenue retention and client education.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver timely customer support to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention
  • Consult with current Yelp advertisers via an inbound phone queue, showcasing ad performance metrics
  • Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
