Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Inbound Sales Retention Specialist for a full-time remote position, the role focuses on providing exceptional support to small business advertisers, consulting on ad performance, and retaining clients post-sale while being based in the Eastern region of the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely customer support to strengthen revenue retention
- Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while managing an inbound phone queue
- Analyze ad performance metrics to demonstrate value to clients and handle escalated issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
