Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will consult with and retain small business advertisers remotely while highlighting the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely and effective customer support
  • Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers through an inbound phone queue
  • Utilize ad performance metrics to demonstrate investment returns to clients
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
