Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will consult with and retain small business advertisers remotely while highlighting the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely and effective customer support
- Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers through an inbound phone queue
- Utilize ad performance metrics to demonstrate investment returns to clients
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
