Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Inbound Sales Retention Specialist for a full-time remote position in the Western region of the U.S., who will manage inbound client interactions, provide exceptional customer support, and educate small business advertisers on the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention
• Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while logged into an inbound phone queue
• Utilize conflict resolution skills to handle escalated client issues effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details
• Access to a hardline high-speed internet connection for remote work
