Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls
• Assess customer needs to recommend suitable products and follow established sales procedures
• Maintain the sales leads database and participate in mentorship and development meetings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
• At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
• Proficient in Windows and capable of learning billing systems; experience with CRM tools is helpful
• Ability to read and interpret sales-related documents and present information clearly
• Resilient and positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
