Inbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer engagement through inbound and outbound calls
• Accurately assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Maintain sales leads database and follow established sales processes and procedures

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
• At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Windows and ability to learn billing systems
• Experience with Google Gsuite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems is helpful
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
