Inbound Sales Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for connects, conversion rates, and product bundle sales
• Field inbound and make outbound calls to current and potential customers
• Maintain the sales leads database and follow established sales call handling processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
• At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Windows and ability to learn billing systems
• Experience with Google Gsuite, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems is helpful
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
