Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain sales leads database
• Field inbound and make outbound calls to customers regarding products and services
• Follow established processes for order entry, customer security, and sales call handling

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
• At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Windows and ability to learn billing systems
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is helpful
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
