Job Summary
Engaging with current and prospective customers, the full-time Inbound Sales Specialist will handle inbound inquiries, make outbound follow-up calls, and recommend broadband solutions while working remotely from Georgia.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist customers with WOW! products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and bundled solutions
- Achieve sales goals related to customer connections, conversion rates, and bundle sales
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with CRM systems
- Ability to explain products and services clearly over the phone
- Comfortable navigating technology in a fast-paced environment
