Job Summary
Generating revenue through phone sales, the full-time Inbound Sales Specialist will influence customers to purchase services, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Influence customers to buy services by following a prepared sales process and providing accurate price quotes
- Manage inbound and outbound calls while maintaining effective communication with customers and team members
- Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, and text as needed
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales or call center experience required
- Telecommunications experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with SalesForce and other related software preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a high degree of self-motivation
