Job Summary
As a remote Inbound Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist, the candidate will manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and enhance customer experiences while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure effective lead handling and opportunity development.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and conduct structured discovery to qualify leads
- Maintain high data-quality standards in CRM and manage the sales funnel effectively
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to address complex inquiries and provide feedback on lead quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of previous experience in customer service
- 1+ years of experience in lead management, sales development, customer support, or a marketing-driven role
- Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
- Fluency in English
