Job Summary
To enhance customer engagement, the full-time Inbound Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist will respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and facilitate connections with internal resources while working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and conduct structured discovery to qualify leads
- Maintain high data quality standards in CRM, ensuring accurate documentation and lead management
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to escalate complex inquiries and provide feedback on lead quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years in lead management, sales development, customer support, or a marketing-driven role
- Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
- Fluency in English
