Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inbound Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist will manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a positive customer experience while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct structured discovery to qualify leads
- Maintain high data-quality standards in CRM and support sales funnel management
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to escalate complex inquiries and provide feedback on lead quality
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- 1+ years of experience in lead management, sales development, or a marketing-driven role
- Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
- Fluency in English
