Job Summary

Working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone, the full-time Inbound Sales & Customer Engagement Specialist will manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a positive customer experience by connecting clients with the appropriate internal resources.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound inquiries within established SLAs and conduct structured discovery to qualify leads
  • Maintain high data-quality standards in CRM, ensuring accurate documentation and updates on lead status
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to escalate complex inquiries and provide feedback on lead quality
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of previous experience in customer service
  • 1+ years of experience in a lead management, sales development, customer support, or marketing-driven role
  • Prior experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system
