Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate inbound sales representatives to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue targets
- Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate daily team meetings and performance discussions to drive accountability and results
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales leadership or team lead roles
- Strong background in sales coaching and performance management
- Proven success in a metric-heavy, performance-driven environment
- Experience managing teams of 10-15 direct reports
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
