Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Inbound Sales, Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and motivate inbound sales representatives to achieve and exceed acquisition and revenue targets
  • Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Facilitate daily team meetings and performance discussions to drive accountability and results
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in sales leadership or team lead roles
  • Strong background in sales coaching and performance management
  • Proven success in a metric-heavy, performance-driven environment
  • Experience managing teams of 10-15 direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
