Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Inbound Security Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate security solutions
• Upsell products and maximize revenue while building strong customer relationships

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred
• Call center experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Proven upselling skills
• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed in a performance-based environment
• Comfortable using technology and navigating multiple systems
