Inbound Security Sales Associate

Job Summary

To support a dynamic sales team, the full-time remote Inbound Security Sales Associate will manage high-volume inbound calls from existing customers, identify security needs, and close sales while maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key responsibilities

• Take high-volume inbound calls from existing customers
• Uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate security solutions
• Overcome objections and confidently close sales to maximize revenue

Required qualifications

• 6+ months of sales experience preferred
• Experience in a call center environment
• Proven ability to upsell and close sales
• Strong motivation to achieve financial goals
• Technical proficiency with multitasking across multiple systems
