Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incentive Compensation Administrator for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the incentive software system to ensure accurate incentive payouts
  • Monitor employees to ensure they are assigned to the appropriate plan
  • Assist with compiling and preparing reports for senior management

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of work experience in an accounting/financial position
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Independent with sound decision-making skills
