Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incentive Compensation Administrator for a remote position in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the incentive software system to ensure accurate incentive payouts
- Monitor employees to ensure they are assigned to the appropriate plan
- Assist with compiling and preparing reports for senior management
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of work experience in an accounting/financial position
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work with senior leadership teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Independent with sound decision-making skills
