Incentive Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

To support a high-visibility incentive compensation platform, the Incentive Compensation Analyst will configure, improve, test, and support scalable compensation processes in a hybrid or onsite role based in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and system configurations for the incentive compensation platform
• Support automation, data extraction, data transformation, testing, documentation, and issue resolution
• Maintain data integrity and provide support to users across the organization

Required qualifications

• Experience with incentive compensation management platforms such as Oracle ICM, Varicent, or similar systems
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Proficiency in writing logical queries and building complex Excel formulas
• Experience collaborating with HR, IT, sales operations, and finance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience preferred
