Incentive Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the North America Tools and Outdoor Sales and Marketing Organizations, the full-time remote Incentive Compensation Analyst will manage incentive program calculations, sales alignment management, and performance reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payouts using cross-functional inputs
- Serve as Business Administrator for the Xactly Incentive Management Platform, including back-end SQL coding
- Develop and distribute Incentive Performance Reporting and facilitate incentive calculations across the sales leadership team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- 1-3 years of data management and project experience, preferably in a consumer products company
- Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Business Warehouse, and Salesforce.com
- Advanced analytics tool proficiency (Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Software, especially MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
