Incentive Compensation Systems Manager
Job Summary
Driving the systemization and automation of commission operations, the full-time remote Incentive Compensation Systems Manager will identify process gaps, design automated workflows, and manage Xactly instances to enhance efficiency and accuracy in incentive compensation management.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess current processes and identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone steps for improvement
- Design and implement automated workflows and integrations to streamline commission operations
- Manage Xactly instances, configuring calculation rules and workflows to optimize performance
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in incentive compensation, sales operations, or related systems/process improvement roles
- Hands-on SQL experience for querying and reconciling data across systems
- Experience with automation tools and ICM systems such as Xactly or similar platforms
- Familiarity with CRM, HRIS, and data warehouse systems relevant to incentive compensation
- Strong cross-functional communication skills to translate process needs into system requirements
