Incentive Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end partner incentive operations, the full-time Incentive Operations Specialist will manage queue triage, process incentive submissions, and ensure accurate and timely payouts while working onsite in San Francisco.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the queue triage and process partner incentive submissions within SLA
• Oversee payouts and vendor onboarding for new partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Improve and run AI-powered workflows to handle operational volume efficiently

Required qualifications

• Experience in operations, finance operations, partner/channel operations, or a similar high-accuracy processing role
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on preventing errors in payouts
• Comfortable with AI-powered or automated workflows
• Organized with systematic tracking, reconciliations, and CRM or spreadsheet management
