Incentive Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the operational backbone of partner incentives, the contract Incentive Operations Specialist will process incentive submissions, oversee vendor onboarding and payouts, and maintain reconciliation records while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage and process partner incentive submissions within service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Manage the finance vendor-onboarding process for new partners and ensure accurate payouts
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report on volume and cycle time for process consistency

Required Qualifications

• Experience in operations, finance operations, partner/channel operations, or a similar high-accuracy processing role
• Meticulous attention to detail and comfort with numbers
• Ability to run and improve automated workflows
• Strong organizational skills with trackers and reconciliations
• Clear communication skills with partners and internal teams
