Incentive Processing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time Incentive Processing Specialist will support the delivery of residential energy efficiency incentives by processing applications, coordinating with community partners, and ensuring program requirements are met accurately and timely in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, contractors, and customers
• Accurately review, process, and track incentive applications in accordance with program requirements
• Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues to ensure compliance and improve processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in incentive processing, program administration, or customer service roles
• Strong attention to detail with experience in reviewing documentation for accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with databases or program management systems
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to work independently while effectively collaborating as part of a team
