Job Summary

A company is looking for a Level 1 Incentive Program Partner to provide foundational support for marketing programs and customer service inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate timely responses to correspondence and inquiries in the online ticketing system
  • Assist in managing business application reports and maintain Help Documents
  • Provide updates on customer inquiries and route rebate questions to appropriate analysts
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1 - 2 years of customer service experience
  • Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Experience in problem resolution with manager oversight
