Job Summary
A company is looking for a Level 1 Incentive Program Partner to provide foundational support for marketing programs and customer service inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate timely responses to correspondence and inquiries in the online ticketing system
- Assist in managing business application reports and maintain Help Documents
- Provide updates on customer inquiries and route rebate questions to appropriate analysts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 - 2 years of customer service experience
- Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Experience in problem resolution with manager oversight
