Incentive Programs Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and operational execution of AWS incentive funding programs, the full-time remote Incentive Programs Specialist will manage funding allocation, program design, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business outcomes at OpenAI.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and deployment plan for AWS incentive funding, including the Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) funding pool
• Develop and optimize annual and quarterly funding plans, including budget allocation and prioritization frameworks
• Monitor program performance and ROI, identifying trends to improve program efficiency and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, cloud alliances, or incentive programs, preferably with AWS
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis
• Proven program management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from strategy through execution
• Experience with AWS partner programs, SCA structures, or cloud ecosystem incentives
• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities
