Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incentive Travel Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations with suppliers to develop comprehensive travel program options for clients
- Collaborate with the Corporate Travel Sales Team to support client sourcing and prepare presentations
- Maintain alignment of internal client service areas with client business goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related fields
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in travel, customer service, and/or account management
- Completion of CTA within one year and CTC within two years of position acceptance
- Strong customer focus and ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
