A company is looking for an Incident Commander to manage incident response within their SaaS operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and oversee incident response efforts in a 24/7 SaaS environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and coordinate incident handling using various tools
• Drive teams to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently while documenting post-incident analyses

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing critical incidents in SaaS environments
• Prior knowledge of Cloud environments, AWS, and DevOps practices
• Strong technical background in incident management and response
• Experience with JIRA and PagerDuty integrations
• Proven ability to lead teams in driving rapid incident resolution
