Incident Commander

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Commander to manage incident response within their SaaS operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and oversee incident response efforts in a 24/7 SaaS environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and implement tools for incident management
• Drive rapid incident resolution and coordinate post-mortem sessions for significant events

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing critical incidents in SaaS environments
• Prior knowledge of Cloud environments, AWS, and DevOps practices
• Strong technical background in incident management and response
• Experience with JIRA and PagerDuty integrations
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing priorities
