Incident Commander

Job Summary

Working remotely, the Incident Commander will manage incident response across various organizations, driving collaboration with cross-functional teams while enhancing service delivery and release processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead real-time incident management and enhance collaboration with Incident Commanders, Customer Support, and Engineering teams
• Develop and maintain practices, frameworks, and process guides to improve incident management efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis and manage documentation to promote continuous service improvements

Required qualifications

• Experience in incident management or a similar role
• Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with configuration management and infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible
• Proficiency in a programming language and comfortable in Linux environments
• A degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
