Incident Commander Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Frontline Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of its platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead real-time incident response efforts and manage communication across teams
• Execute troubleshooting runbooks for production incidents involving AWS services and Kubernetes clusters
• Collaborate with engineering teams to perform root cause analysis and implement durable solutions post-incident

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (5+ years) in system administration or infrastructure engineering
• Experience as an incident commander, managing live incident calls and triage efforts
• Hands-on operational experience with AWS in a production environment
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting containerized workloads
• Experience with scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) to automate operational tasks
