Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Intake Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incident notifications and conduct immediate intake interviews to gather essential details
- Ensure incidents are properly categorized and create initial incident records in the required systems
- Track all incidents from intake through assignment, investigation closure, and finalization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Strong understanding of incidents within Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
- Experience in incident management or related field
- Ability to manage multiple incoming calls and tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with incident reporting systems
- Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-8:30pm
