Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Intake Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incident notifications and conduct immediate intake interviews to gather essential details
  • Ensure incidents are properly categorized and create initial incident records in the required systems
  • Track all incidents from intake through assignment, investigation closure, and finalization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Strong understanding of incidents within Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
  • Experience in incident management or related field
  • Ability to manage multiple incoming calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with incident reporting systems
  • Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-8:30pm
