Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incident notifications and conduct immediate intake interviews to gather essential details
  • Ensure proper categorization of incidents and create initial records in the required system
  • Track all incidents from intake through assignment, investigation closure, and finalization


Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of incidents within IDD
  • Experience in managing multiple incoming calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to escalate safety risks or events requiring immediate intervention
  • Familiarity with incident management systems
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and directors
