Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Intake Coordinator to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and document incident notifications through various channels
  • Conduct intake interviews to gather essential incident details and categorize them appropriately
  • Track incidents from intake through investigation closure and maintain accurate logs
Required Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of incidents within Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
  • Experience with incident management systems (EIM or state-required systems)
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks during designated hours (Wednesday-Sunday, 12pm-8:30pm)
  • Experience in a role requiring collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Entry-level position; no specific degree required
