Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Intake Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incident notifications and conduct immediate intake interviews to gather essential details
- Ensure incidents are properly categorized and create initial incident records in the appropriate system
- Track all incidents from intake through assignment, investigation closure, and finalization
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of incidents within IDD
- Experience with incident management systems
- Ability to manage multiple incoming calls and tasks simultaneously
- Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-8:30pm
- Residency in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, or VA
