Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive incident notifications and conduct immediate intake interviews to gather essential details
  • Ensure proper categorization of incidents and create initial incident records in the required system
  • Track all incidents from intake through assignment, investigation closure, and finalization


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Strong understanding of incidents within IDD
  • Ability to manage multiple incoming calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Experience with incident management systems
  • Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm-8:30pm
  • Residency in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, or VA
