Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Intake Coordinator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incident notifications and conduct immediate intake interviews to gather essential details
- Ensure proper categorization of incidents and create initial incident records in the required system
- Track all incidents from intake through assignment, investigation closure, and finalization
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of incidents within IDD
- Experience in managing multiple incoming calls and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to escalate safety risks or events requiring immediate intervention
- Familiarity with incident management systems
- Availability to work specified evening and weekend hours
