Job Summary

As the Incident Management Champion, this full-time remote role will manage and enhance incident and change management processes, implement tooling, train teams, and report on program health to leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and refine incident and change management processes, closing known gaps and establishing clear documentation
  • Drive the implementation of Jira Service Management for incident and change workflows, ensuring accurate service catalog references
  • Act as Incident Commander for major incidents, chair the Change Advisory Board, and facilitate postmortems while managing the change calendar
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years in ITSM/Service Management roles with ownership of incident and change management processes
  • Hands-on experience as Incident Commander or Major Incident Manager in a 24/7 production environment
  • Demonstrable experience running a Change Advisory Board or equivalent change-review forum
  • Proven track record configuring Jira Service Management or equivalent ITSM tooling for incident and change workflows
  • Strong writing skills for process documentation, postmortems, and training materials
